I'm so into Maison Kitsuné for Shu Uemura lately! Its because I love Kitsuné and Shu originally and both of them doing a collaboration is an awesome thing! Anyway, Shu Uemura is having a competition called #BeautyRemix, with 2 tickets to Tokyo as a grand prize! And the winner will get invited to their Omotesando flagship store to have full makeup by Shu's International Makeup artist, Uchiide! Who in the world of makeup doesn't know Uchiide? Haha I mean, he is incredibly famous with those magic hand! <3

Hello everyone ! November is nearly end and Christmas is coming soon! As you know, this is also the greatest time to spend your money wisely because there are bunch of awesome things to celebrate christmas. All of brands from clothing, makeup, stationaries and even housewares have 'christmas edition' things, which usually comes with more beautiful packaging, special price and so on. Well, the first thing I bought is from Shu Uemura. They do collaboration with Maison Kitsuné, France clothing brand that also own an electronic music record label (how awesome is that!)

Hello, hello~ recently I dig up quite a lot of movies for refreshing~ and there is this one that I really like! Before that I want to blabbering a lil bit. I have a close friend, who is really hilarious, funny and so honest haha. We have many common things including blood type, family stories and such so maybe that's why it was fast to get close. We once talked about what type of guy that we like though I always say that any type is fine but one who looks good in glasses are better and surprisingly she said she likes megane guy too hahaha this is so women talk. However she always says one specific guy that is sooooo her type. Everytime this topic was brought, she always said the same. She loves elite salaryman LOLOL. When I asked why, she answered that the man with suit looks waaaayyy too good. She worships man who looks good in suit; she even called them hot and such haha.

At that time I didn't get how come men in suit looks really nice? I never even once said/see that suit can giving more handsome / cool vibe for men because I never find myself amazed by looking at them even if they are celebrities (I even didn't amaze when seeing Tadayoshi himself wearing one lol) so I thought okay that maybe isn't my preferences. Until I watched this movie and I asked her to watch too since the man is totally what she always dream of haha. We were so loud after watched it because now I know how man in suit is wayyyy too much to handle lolol.

Hello everyone! it's been so long since the last time I posted a story! :x I don't really have a time to playing with my laptop recently because my work in office has been increased and some events also came and go. Now I just wanted to talk about my personal stuffs and what I did when I didn't post anything and I hope this post is not a boring one lol.
I couldn't find a play time mostly because my office hours of course. It took my precious 8 hours every single weekdays so I always avoid an extra time for it but recently I need to stay more. I've been taking more parts of working area since someone in my office works really slow; I mean I've been told that I'm a real slow but this person is way slower than me *sorry* By the way, I've been working as Menswear Designer in local fashion company, which is maybe the biggest in Indonesia.

So last week I decided to try their High brow—Eyebrow Micro Matic that claimed to be precise, waterproof and long lasting.

I maybe not loving Indonesia with all my heart since I love Japan much more but I thank you Indonesia for letting me born and having a good life in your capital city, Jakarta. I thank you for always growing into a big city and I hope will always continue growing towards positiveness. There indeed many bad things happened in Jakarta during my 20+ years living here but once again, I thank you Indonesia for your richness of culture, natural beauty and delicious traditional foods to make me forgetting those bad things. I thank you Indonesia for letting me appreciate traditional things like batik, kebaya, angklung, wayang and not to forget you also have so many beautiful animals that other countries not have like Orangutan, Java Rhinoceros, Sumatran Rhinoceros and the most beautiful of all, Sumatran Tiger, which are almost totally disappeared (therefore I hope those people who usually hunting them to back off and please, please consider that they are also living things like yourself not something that you could easily take their head or skin just to be your decoration or else).
Anyway, I make this post to let everyone who don't know yet to see Indonesia's breathtaking natures that will leave you amazed. Because honestly, you all maybe hear a lot of negative things about Indonesia but remember when there's a negative thing, there will always some positive things. So, I especially requested a help from my very kind friend who is a founder of TRAVASS Life—a travel company which is often have an open trip for your holiday— to recommend me some islands that will left you (and I, of course) wow-ed. and just to remind you that those islands are in INDONESIA! Better be ready before scrolling down! These will be a heaven for beach lover~

Hello Everyone! The holiday is sadly over now in Jakarta. Jakarta has a good and longest holiday every year during "Hari Raya" or we could say it's "Lebaran" event. Because this year I don't have any plans for travel/trip so I decided to have some explore around Jakarta haha I never really have times to exploring new places during normal weekdays nor weekend :(
So, yeah I got myself a reservation in Ryoji Sakate Hair Lounge yesterday. A little bit over-excited because this salon isn't really like those average salon thanks to the well arranged interior that pick most of my interest to try coming there. Almost all of hair salons in Jakarta always have that 'glamorous' feeling for the place with so many lightnings that sometimes my eyes hurt from that lol. But it's totally different here. Ryoji-san didn't put too much light in his place yet it's light enough for you to see your haircut clearly. (Pictures in the website is actually darker than the actual place)

Hello there ! I have been taking Japan Language private lesson since last October. Frankly speaking, I never have a plan to taking Japan language course before because I obsessed with Korea more. I do love Japan since I was a child but (if am not wrong) at 13 years old (13 is still a child by the way lolol) I remember I got quite influence about Korean Pop from my cousins (H.O.T. era if you knew them) and since then I somehow gradually forgetting about Japan and didn't really put much attention into them beside their fashion (since I took fashion college anyway and talking about fashion is impossible to not including Japan). 13 years to around 19 years old is quite a long time right...but then again when Korea was starting to booming in Jakarta, strangely I was getting bored of it. Moreover since L'Arc was coming to Jakarta, all I could listen was their songs only lolol and little by little I got my grip back to Japan's culture, songs, language (basically everything). However somehow I find that liking every-korean-things is my routine and I kept searching for Korean Language class after I came back from Bali last May. I was searching every class that I could find from browsing and planning to directly come to the class for checking the lessons and stuffs but hufff~ instead finding many KRclass, I found more about JPclass. While the KRclass that I found are so far from my house and pricey, I could easily found some of JPclass that are not so pricey, although not really near but not that far and some of them took my interest to made me forgetting about KRclass. Maybe God wanted me to took this class instead! lolol.
[MOVIE] アオハライド 「BLUE SPRING RIDE」
「アオハライド 」 read as AO-HA-RAIDO, which comes from Aoi (青) ; Haru (春) ; and Ride. If we translate it just like that it may means "Blue Spring Ride" but since 青春 (せいしゅん - Seishun) also means adolescent (same kanji; onyomi reading) I think it could means "Adolescent Road (Ride)" and it's perfectly fit the story~
However, whatever it means, Ao Haru Ride definitely is a good story moreover if you like Japanese school period story like me. AHR originally is from manga by Io Sasaki and quite popular both in Japan and internationally (my opinion of course hahaha). But really, I can't stand Kou in manga. For me he is like 'what kind of a man you are' guy lolol. That's why I will talking about the movie here because the story is far shorter so Kou will not that annoying (lol) and it's Higashide Masahiro anyway~~
[MANGA] 東京喰種と:Re 「TOKYO GHOUL & :Re」
Hello! I think I sure am fast to comeback with the stories about this addicted their so-called horror gore story. I already read all of the series including TG Jack and the greatly ongoing TG:re . Its a great decision to read the manga after I watched the anime. If it's reversed, I don't think I'll watch it with excitement. I'll tell my reason in story plot section because I want to blaberring about my excitement after read these all.
After loving reading manga for says, ten years, I already in state to be very picky when I read manga. Illustration is the first point for me to look then goes to genders. Though the plot is the huge impact for me to liking certain manga, I didn't read the synopsis usually (because am too lazy hahaha). Though I pay a lot of attention for illustration, without a strong plot its nothing and thats hard enough to find both quality of illustration and story plot in a manga because I like both pretty yet cool illustrations and shonen/seinen-ish story. Until now I could only find 黒執事「Black Butler」 and 「One Piece」 to my liking. For 進撃の巨人「Attack on Titan」, I prefer watch the anime since the manga is overusing the black ink lol.
[ANIME] 東京喰種-トーキョーグール 「TOKYO GHOUL」
Well, I rarely watch anime actually but if I did, those must be a real good anime! And I never have an idea that anime talk will be my second blog post lol. For Japan lovers out there especially anime otaku guys, who don't know about this famous "TOKYO GHOUL" ? I honestly didn't really into anime like I said before and that's why I don't know much about TG before I watched it. And how come I watched it? Because my favorite cosplayer did Kaneki and Uta <3 *I didn't really into anime but I do adore some cosplayers like, A LOT lol*

I'm Chrysant, a 20 something strange girl who is friendlier with animals than human. Sorry don't think that I'm arrogant, I'm just not smart at being friendly and my face also said the same lolol~ I just starting this blog in 2015 out of boredom in my office room—currently working in a biggest (maybe) fashion (?) company in Indonesia as Menswear Designer—as far only this work that letting me to have so much free time to do something personal which you will never get if you working as a designer in studio.
However those free times were pushing me to fill my life with other things that I love; I began polishing my Japanese language since last year, practicing cooking and just find out that healthy eating with exercise to remold my shape is totally fun.
As I like to writing I decided to make this blog. Mostly what you'll find here are those beauty things—not just makeup since natures and photos could be a 'beauty' too, right? ;)—also every things that have a relation to Japan which happening in my life and maybe some cooking & healthy shares~

KIKUかもん は何ですか? — What is "KIKUかもん" ?
I know people will ask me what's the meaning of my blog name. so here is the shortest story that I could write. Kikukamon (I stylized it as KIKUかもん) is basically a Chrysanthemum Flower Seal that used by emperor and the members of Japanese imperial family (you could google it :p) and you could see the crest on japanese passport.
BUT !
I DID NOT say (or want) that I'm a member of japanese imperial family nor emperor. I'm not even Japanese lol. I wish i am but then what can I do if God didn't let me be a japanese? :p
The reason why I choose that name simply because my name is Chrysant. So far I know it's a rare name for human and I didn't (yet) meet another person with the name same as me :/ that's why I spent my school days hating my name because people in Indonesia rarely could read my name correctly (maybe because sunflower is more common?) They even couldn't hear / spell it clearly and like 2-3 times wanted me to repeat my name with the result they still didn't get it. well, I don't blame them but my name lol. I even asked my dad to change my name haha.
But well, it's nearly impossible to change my name (and whats for, really) so I tried to search whats the good meaning about my name. and I was like *holly crap* its a flower for dead people ! its something that got sooooo huge respect and honor in China and Japan. I don't know why except they say chrysanthemum flower could heal various illness in ancient China but no prove of medical-test. Anyway, I'm happy to have this name now and I hope I could lead my life like the flower itself; blooming beautifully that will make people happy just by see it :)
