Talking about foods, I always love Japanese cuisine. Though sometimes I want more variants since it's always sushi, ramen, udon, soba, curry, sashimi, tako, okonomiyaki, taiyaki...what else? I want something different! I said that but I always return to certain places for many times lolol. And there is this place that I don't know how many times I visited and I just realized that this place definitely is my most favorite Japanese restaurant in Jakarta because even though I didn't have an urge like super really want to eat their food no matter what (something like 'ngidam' lol), I never even once complain about their foods nor service or even price, instead saying "so yummy" when I ate and kept coming back. I just realized all of those last sunday when I had great lunch that consist of Japanese soba, salmon carpaccio salad, tamagoyaki and a couple of yakitori.

Salmon carpaccio—it's so fresh and soooo yummy!

Japanese soba—slightly cold, taste light and super yums for hot day~

男爵いも「Danshaku-Imo」 (potato) & Cheese sasami—Sasami tastes okay, danshaku is just standard if you don't use the sauce.

卵焼き「Tamagoyaki」—a must thing in Japan restaurant lol. This one is so fluffy and not too soft.
The restaurant's name is 串むすび幸 「Kushi Musubi Sachi」 which if I translate roughly with my super limited skill (haha) it could means happiness in all of skewers? If it's true then it fits perfectly because this place's main dish is their yakitori (although I rarely order it haha). Their yakitori's taste is not too salt, some is crunchy and have many variants you could choose.
Why Kushi Musubi becomes my favourite maybe because their foods are like "healthy" food—though I don't know if it's true or not—they are so tasty yet at the same time it is not tasty out of seasoning (if you know what I mean. am sucks at describing lol). I felt it tasty because it comes so fresh (some salad is cold but not just cold. it's fresh), not that 'gurih' maybe because they don't use too much salt but it's indeed still delicious and if you like to try cooking Japanese food by yourself, you could tell some ingredients they use. Sesame oil, wasabi (I felt this in salmon carpachio but it's not that strong since I'm not a wasabi person but I could still eat it and its yummy), soy sauce and maybe a lil bit of sake/alcohol? I think they pay much attention to the quality of the meat/vegetables rather than just seasoning and you could easily tell when you dig their foods.
