Hello everyone ! November is nearly end and Christmas is coming soon! As you know, this is also the greatest time to spend your money wisely because there are bunch of awesome things to celebrate christmas. All of brands from clothing, makeup, stationaries and even housewares have 'christmas edition' things, which usually comes with more beautiful packaging, special price and so on. Well, the first thing I bought is from Shu Uemura. They do collaboration with Maison Kitsuné, France clothing brand that also own an electronic music record label (how awesome is that!)
I was really exciting when I heard that Shu will do collaboration with Kitsuné this year. I know Shu always do a special collaboration with certain designer for Christmas / Spring collection but I don't know why I didn't really excited times before. I didn't really adore Yazbukey from before; I love Karl with his Shupette collection but the colors were not able to make me buying it :/ super love Takashi Murakami and Tsumori Chisato edition also from Mika Ninagawa, Ob and Mamechiyo but I don't think I ever spot them in Jakarta before (or I didn't aware yet of how awesome Shu that time lol)
Well this time Shu really got me. I adore Maison Kitsuné in so long time because they design such simple yet adorable clothes, their concept also cool and foxes! I love fox! hahaha. I always want to visit Café Kitsuné also....
I actually bought 3 things from Shu x Kitsuné but I requested my friend to order the other one overseas because I really want their makeup pouch yet it is not available in Jakarta (how sad) :( The tricolour eyelashes is too adorable! That is the first thing I wanted to buy even when they aren't release yet! haha.
Another one is eye shadow palette and I choose plum palette. The colors are so pretty and so easy to build. There are so many shimmers here on the palette and at first I don't think I like it but they just doing well on my eyes.
Actually I could call that the colors aren't really strong except for the plum and orange blush. But the shimmering is turn out to be so pretty with slight color that maybe can be more strong if you use white pencil underneath.

So, on this post I will make eye transformation tutorial like this photo below~ This tutorial is super easy! Because I want the eyelashes to be so pop out, I didn't go crazy on the shadow.
Let's start!
After preparing your skin with skincare (this is a must before you applying base makeup!), put on your favourite base makeup including concealer and shading. I will skip this part of explanation because I will focus on the eye for this tutorial (basically too lazy to explain whole face lol)
1. Apply eyeshadow base before starting the eye makeup. With eyeshadow base, your eyeshadow powder will be stick to your eyelids longer and somehow I feel it also more visible. Here I'm using Canmake Eyeshadow base. The texture is creamy yet not sticky. When applying in the eye, the color became transparent.
2. Take the Shu X Kitsuné palette and apply the taupe color (2) on your entire eyelid for base color.
3. With a slender and medium sized eyeshadow brush (I'm using stylenanda eye multi brush here), paint the plum color (1) on the outer part of your eyelid. Don't go too much to the middle part of eyelid, focused on the outer part only and bring it slowly to the middle part of eyelid to make gradation color effect.
4. On the inner part of your eyelid, brush the light purple-ish color (3) until the colors come out. Because this color is have so much shimmer, you need to brush it 3-4 times to get the light purple color. I use my finger to apply it after try it with mini brush that comes on the palette. Don't forget to brush it on your inner bottom lid to give more sparkle.
5. Stroke the silver color (4) on the middle part of your eyelid between the light purple and plum color to make sparkling transition. Use your middle finger and stroke it from up to down (the color doesn't really visible on the photo, sorry~)
6. To make the plum color more popping, I use plum coloured eyeliner from my previous tutorial and strengthened it with black eyeliner under the plum eyeliner. Tighten the eyelash with pencil liner to make your eyes more sharp and with the same pencil liner, use it for the outer part of your bottom lids.
7. The point of this makeup is here! Glued on your favourite black, natural fake eyelash. I'm wearing both on upper lids and bottom lids to make it fuller. When applying bottom eyelash, put it slightly away from your actual bottom lids to make the eyes appear bigger. After finish with your natural fake lashes, grab the tricolour Shu X Kitsuné eyelash and because this eyelash comes separated, you could put it in wherever you like. As for me, I put it 2 on my upper, outer lids and another 2 on my bottom, outer lids. With this lashes, your eyes will surely beautifully visible! <3
8. Finish! Total look for both eyes~ Because we made a wing with two colors plum and black, the side look also appears pretty.
